                   An industrialist aged about 55 years was dignosed as R A .Fingers of both hands were affected with pain, swelling and stiffness. He had taken allopathic treatment for 6 months. His symptoms did not respond,when he came to Dr. Thas he was given a herbal decoction internally and an oil for local application. He got relief within 15 days. Now he occasionally needs the decoction and the oil. There are several such cases.
