A lady aged 27 years. Since September 1998, she developed blisters all over the body. Neighbours thought it was an exanthematous pox infection. They applied neem leaf paste all over the body, as a native remedy. Her condition became worse within 10 days and she was hospitalised in the near by medical college hospital. After 90 days of treatment she returned home. Then within another 15 days she was readmitted. Admission and discharge continued for the past one year.

She came to Dr. Thas and was given Siddha herbal treatment. For the past three months, she has not developed any new blisters, she had no emergency. Now her daily prednisolone dose has been reduced to 30 mgs from 40 mgs.
